Everyones needs are different, so tailoring our services to individuals needs using stimulating and inspiring personal fitness programmes.
Andy Simpson is here to help you achieve your personal goals whatever they may be. To give a brief insight in to my background; I have always been a keen sportsperson and have played various sports in my 40 plus years of life. It has taken a lot of time, hard work and effort to get my fitness to the level it is at now. This hasn't curbed my drive and determination to want to achieve more in life and I'm constantly learning all the time and sharing this knowledge with my clients.
I have a strong running a background, with over 20 years experience and 15 plus years of competing in various events; ranging from track, road races and cross country disciplines from 400m to marathons. In 2014, I achieved a personal best at the London Marathon of 2 hours 39 minutes.
The decision to become a personal trainer evolved by combining my two passions in life - sport and coaching. The sense of achievement I get from sharing people's journeys and helping them achieve their targets and goals in life is unrivalled.
I have been on a personal journey with my weight over the years - losing over 4 stone at one stage! Nutritional needs for a healthier lifestyle combined with sports nutrition is important to achieving your goals and targets.
